From initial contact with ATS Aero to the final delivery once the painting project is complete, your aircraft will be looked after uniquely through every stage. This includes assisting with the livery, colour choice and colour matching service, preparation, painting and delivery.
ATS Aero have invested heavily in a purpose built aerospace spray booth utilising the latest technology for air filtration. This protects against imperfections entering the paint prior to and during application as well as protecting our staff and the environment. Pressure continuity ensures an even application of paint to the aircraft, with accurate temperature and humidity control providing full climatic regulation to guarantee the highest quality long lasting finish and satisfaction.
A stand-alone prep booth has been installed to compliment the spraying facility ensuring all preparation mediums are available to the team in a controlled and clean environment. If your aircraft is brand new from the factory through to requiring a full bare metal strip and respray ATS Aero have the capability, experience and facilities to manage all projects in a safe, efficient and modern centre.
All ATS Aero paint and livery projects are studied in detail and in consultation with the customer. ATS Aero have paint matching laser equipment to assist matching colours to an existing item, thousands of paint colour swatches for that new colour option and a fully installed paint storage and mixing wall to enable all colours to be produced in-house. Each aircraft has a unique colour be it a particular shade of white through to a one-off shade and design, ATS Aero can accommodate your requirements and provide you with the finalised scheme that you want to be representative of your style, be it a single colour or a full corporate image.
